People who don’t return their shopping cart
I cant stand people who are lazy and leave their shopping carts out where the wind can take it and slam it into other peoples cars. If its windy out, return your damn cart to either the store or at least to a cart return. I witnessed 4 cars get hit this weekend from metal carts ramming themselves into the cars.

This weekend I saw a guy stop while driving through the parking lot and jump out of his car to keep it from being hit by a runaway shopping cart. lazy people suck.

I return the carts, but sometimes leave them half wedged on the islands (how I found them). People are usually smart with carts here, but we've got a greater problem here in the district-I see people throwing their trash (wrappers, foam cups, chips bags...etc), some right out of their cars in plain sight!

HEY! I'm one of those lazy people! I never leave my cart somewhere where it will roll away, but I never bring my cart back unless I'm parked beside one of those cart corrals. The stores pay some kid minimum wage to roll those things back to the store, I don't want to take their job!

People who do not return their carts are being disrespectful or thoughtless. Because everyone but them is furniture or landscaping. If your min. wage PFY was not out wrangling carts your groceries would cost less.

Even if you put it in the corral, which is always what I do, someone has to come and get it. Last time I stopped a runaway from hitting a car, the owner (a crazy b*tch) started screaming at me like it was my cart. I gave her a few choice words about it then told her to have a nice f'ing day....

If they don't spend 6 minutes chasing the cart at the back end of the lot, that's 6 man-minutes saved. x10 and it's a man-hour, which adds up pretty quick if the local grocery store parking lot is any indication.
Ask the lady if she thinks you should just let it go careering into her car, then leave it blocking her exit. You try to do something nice . . .
