A lot of people here are right. Whatever happened to your family, you still had a couple of minutes to be able to ship that thing out. Nobody is going to feel extremely sorry for you because theres really no excuse. When my mom was still alive and sick with cancer, I know I had a couple of minutes to do anything I had to. ok.. I am not getting involved with the dispute itself.. but I will say this. If you are not directly involved in some direct way.. ie.. sent money, sent parts, didn't recieve something.. please refrain from adding to this thread. It is already hard enough to sort out.

99, to get rid of your problems, you might want to send the laptop or do the refund first because it'll at least leave other people out of your way. this situation sounds a bit complicated. you guys just need to finish this up and settle on somekind of an agreement here. an online contract of some sort here, resolve things like then men you are. wink1.gif

if this keeps going, i'm afraid that buyers will be afraid and business will no longer be conducted by this reputation. if that doesn't matter, you all need to come out happy sometime soon.

 

Hey MB for now how does this sound. I have to put some of my parts on here I have pics and everything. So how does this sound as it sells they can send you the payment and the next day i will POST the Tracking # for everyone to get you the money back. Otherwise i will have to send it next month through a money order. Cause i dont have paypal anymore got f***ed out of about 1900 for a Few things. So if you want to do that let me know and they can tell me i got the go to post that stuff up. Let me know

 

Dude, noone is going to buy anything from you right now with this situation still unresolved. Why don't you just send mb the laptop, and then when it arrives in good condition he can send you the rest of the money?

If you don't have a solution agreed to by the other party before then, you will be banned from these forums completely.

Hey Redz, that works, however as of now im leaving to go north in about an hour. Not entirely sure where ill be staying or for how long, or if i'll even have access to the internet, so if he needs to talk to me about whether this will work or not, I think you should give him a bit of an extension, because the hurricane hits sunday/monday and I definitely won't be back before then. But if I do get i-net access I'll check my email, so email me (lordxchaos7 -at- yahoo.com) and put something good in the header (i get lots of dumb stuff) like 99silvertibby resolution or something, thanks.
