(Description should read antics* im tired sorry)

[Notes: It's late, and im very tired, but I need to do this. I had it written up with quotes from my inbox, but stupid me I opened one of our aim convos in firefox, and it opened in this tab, so about 200+ lines of quotes and me typing got deleted. Tommorrow I am going to paste the PM's, after (just adding this part) its 11:01. Going off of memory from what I typed before..]

Hm..where to begin. It's July, and im browsing the for sale section.
I see a laptop post, and figure I'll check it out to compare it to mine (haha its an addiction tongue.gif)
So I look, and see its a pretty good deal for the laptop. I PM 99silvertibby asking for dibs, he's like cool, i ask a few questions, he tells me its in A+ condition, has all the stuff, looks cool, usb ports, etc.
Im like cool, so I ask for his paypal, he gives it to me, so I send him $300.
[We agreed on $550, if I sent the payment asap, so we did half now, half when I got paid next]
I send it, he's like cool, just send me the $250 when you get paid. But send it to (brothers email, its in the PM's sorry I really must finish). I send the $250 about 13 days later, and it gets refunded, with a message something like "sorry my little brother must have been confused, his names mike, call him at this number."

So I called, and a lady picked up. Im like, "hey is Mike there?". "No you have the wrong number! drillsergeant.gif" Im like....whoa ok, sheez.
So I talk to him on aim, and he's like "Yeah sorry man, my dad died, and im moving." So naturally im like, whoa, sorry man. He told me, yeah, just give me time to unpack my computer stuff, and ill ship it out.
Ok, thats cool, no rush, I understand. Oh wait, whats that? Two weeks till you unpack the comp stuff, and then "oh, sorry its not unpacked yet."
Months pass (this post was made in JULY), with me trying to talk to him, and slowly it goes from making excuses, like "I havent unpacked yet," to finally in September, im like, ok this has gone on long enough, I want to finish this. "Sorry man, I cant, my girlfriend is in the hospital. She just had a baby and had a collapsed lung. Im in the hospital with her right now."

After all the lies/ignoring he told me, that pissed me off.
But wait, first, how is he online in the hospital? AND WHY! If his wife had his kid and has a collapsed lung? HE'S ON AIM!? Wow, how caring. But it gets better.
Here is our AIM convo from that:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE ("AIM")</div><div class='quotemain'>TadPole4Life11: yo
CDGK69GoHaN: hey
TadPole4Life11: im in the hospital so i cant talk thats why my girl had our boy last week and she got a collapsed lung
CDGK69GoHaN: ..first, your dad dies...then you move...now your girlfriend had your baby, and has a collapsed lung?
TadPole4Life11: ya Check out his away message:</div>

He had an away message (looking for it right now, and I commented it about it because he was at a hockey game)

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE ("AIM")</div><div class='quotemain'>CDGK69GoHaN: Send me the $300 back
TadPole4Life11: whenever i get out of the hospita
CDGK69GoHaN: your in the hospital, yet you can go to hockey practice. ...
TadPole4Life11: ya thats 1 hr fianse is in surgery right now down stairs</div>

If my fiance was in surgery, I would call off for a hockey game. But thats just me.
So im like, ok w/e, I don't have much choice but to believe you.

Now, somewhere between august and september, I PM'd java about this, asking what to do. He suggest I ask paypal for a refund, and/or post in the gripes section. I thought posting here was a bit too harsh at the time, so I contacted paypal, and said there was no refund policy. Im like, crap ok. Fast forward to beginning of october.

Im talking to someone from rdtiburon, and tell them about this. They tell me apparently he has had a kid. So I was like, well ok maybe he was telling the truth, and we can finally settle this.
Nope. Heres some good examples of some of the convo's weve had:
Here is our most recent conversation, from a day or two ago.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE ("99silvertibby")</div><div class='quotemain'>TadPole4Life11 is away at 5:35:59 PM.
CDGK69GoHaN (5:36:20 PM): Alright well this is past ridiculous, i've been patient and still you persist with constant excuses and lies, and avoid me, ignore me. This is going to stop.</div>

Wow! Thats so nice of you! THANKS FOR GOING AWAY AND IGNORING ME FOR WHAT, THE 50TH TIME?
So, I finally have given up talking to him, and decided to post here.
So what are you going to do now? Give me some more excuses? Leave these forums? My paypal: lordxchaos7@yahoo.com My 300$ would be a very nice early christmas present. And I still have the record of paypal showing me sending the $300.

I'm sorry for you getting ripped of by this guy.

I sold him 4 injectors a few months back. He had 2 addreses on his paypal account. I sent them to the first address.

They were delievered!!!! I Know this because I checked the tracking number. He then said he did not recieve them and maid a claim with Paypal. I sent Paypal the tracking number and 48 hours later, paypal cancelled the dispute because the package was delivered. Then he comes on this fourm in one of classifed add posts and Says Dont deal with me He ripped me off and never sent the injectors. What an ass!

All I can say. DON'T DEAL WITH 99SILVERTIBY!!!

I locked his current FS thread and will put the necessary locks on his account until this is taken care of.

Isn't this the same guy we've had multiple for sale problems with before?
