Okay, this will stay open as a spot for everyone to post their issues.
Ya'll might remember when Jay, the Korean f***tard that owns SFR, told me I was fired after I quit?
Remember I said that I'd continue looking out for his members that got f***ed over?
Well, I have been. I've PM'ed members there that are having issues with SFR to give them advise, and I get PM's and emails weekly about what they can do to get their money back.
I've broken NO RULES, I've done nothing wrong.
Well, I posted these over the past 2 days and got banned from SFR's forums.

Now, in the first thread, I did nothing against their rules, but I get called a "FOOL" by KDMGuy, and that's just fine.
This is beyond silly now.
The name of the admin is being held, as a last show of respect for that member.
It won't happen again.
I suggest anyone here that is equally pissed about this treatment as of late post here, and feel free to point our fellow Tiburon members of the GK crowd towards any other site but NT. The last bridge has been burnt.

b) Lockdown Forum: NewTiburon.com has a forum "Lockdown" that is visable only to staff members and site users that are sent to that forum for breaking site rules. When sent to the lockdown forum a member will have their own thread in which they can communicate directly with the site staff as to why they are there and how to prevent themselve from ending up there in the future.
We also have added the Forum of Appeals. Should you feel that any corrective action taken against you is biased or wrong, we can grant you access to this forum to discuss the issue. This will be a chance for you to discuss your case to the entire NewTiburon Staff, and not just one Moderator or Administrator.
In certain cases, NewTiburon Staff has the right to deviate from the above guidelines and issue custom infractions and if needed, ban any member in violation of any site rule.
3) Personal Attacks will not be tolerated. This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, racially motivated, or violates any laws. You will be given a warning or a ban, temporary or permanent, depending on severity if you violate this policy.

they're basically giving a SHITTY vendor free reign to give SHITTY service. who the hell cares if their members get screwed over... as long as SFR has the $75 automatically sent to NT then i guess all is well. that makes them a "good vendor" in their eyes.

over on yesterdays thread someone said, "if customers want to buy items it's their fault for buying, not the sponsors fault". how can that ever be true, anywhere? so it's the customers fault for eating at a restaurant unaware that a chef washes his balls in the sink?
if i were a moderator over there i'd puke points and bans left and right. but if that were to happen i'm afraid they would have 0 aftermarket support haha.
that's messed up man. m_j was right about korean business though. it's a different mindset and that's just how they get by. i think it's purely wrong on behalf of the NT staff and i agree with you on how good life would be if hyundai just stuck to the original plan the way it was meant from the start.

I believe this is why we decided not to charge vendors for their own forum right Jeremy? Sparticus is right, since Jay is paying NT $75 a month they allow him (and other vendors I assume) to rip people off as much as they want. Talk about community loyalty right there. If we have a vendor screwing people over we publicize it and try to get the situation resolved. In essence NT and whoever that admin was just sweep it under the rug. I guess the money is more important. Way to go NT staff!

If ANY of you start up your own GK oriented site, and run it differently than NT in a positive manner, I can guarantee you that we will promote your site in our monthly emails and in every other way we can.
