So I was running ladders today sprinting all out. you know, start go to 1/4 court, back, 1/2 court, back, 3/4 and so on. So I'm running this thing as hard as I can, and I'm very athletic by the way, 8 years baseball, plus wrestling, anyways... I go to turn around, and im sprinting, so to stop im sliding almost on the ground to stop, then my foot stays planted and my leg twists. SNAP CRACKLE POP! My bone sticks out. godddddamn it hurts, but it went back in. I can't bend my knee, its about 3x as large as my left, and its immobilized now. fun stuff huh?

Yea. It sucks real bad, I'll try and snap some pics tonight, but all you'll see is swollen knee. A couple of days is the good part, my whole knee will turn purple... lol

 

Ouch man that has to be a b****. Ive never dislocated anything, but Ive had plenty other bad injuries.

Show us them pics when you get them.

 

I can't even explain it... It's like your leg just quits, you feel and hear a crunch, and thats the end. The next thing you know you're being wheeled in a wheel chair to the nurse. Wasn't terribly painful, but its a good amount.
