haha, that happened to a buddie of mine a few years ago too.
thats dudes girlfriend picked up my frined at a bar (she was with her ex at the time too!)
and they went out, the ex found out and my friend chickened out and told the girl where to go.
she left him little notes on his door and everything - she was a litte psyco i think
