Here's a update:
Today I went and had it tested. They tested it 3 times and got a 99.3, 99.1, and 98.7 db.
I didn't pass, but what I did find out is that they give you a +/- 1.5 db in order to pass.
So what I did was go and get a glasspack installed, which I was kinda thinking of getting anyways to help with the buzzing sound from my header. It did quite it down and sounds better. No more buzzing laugh.gif and more of a deeper tone.
I just made another apointment for monday.

What he did was have a db meter that was on a stand that stood by my muffler. He then had me start at idle then rev it up to 4500 rpm and hold it for a couple seconds. I had to repeat that 3 times.
