Smile F*** my landlord!!

We got a dog (Coal) over a year ago, and when we got him we left 23 messages with the
landloard over a 3 week time frame to arrange payment changes in the rent! Now here we
are almost a year and a half later and she's telling us we need to get rid of him, even though
we were willing to pay the differance in the rent for the past year! I had to listen to my son
at 20 months old stand at the window yelling "Coal.......Coal......Coal". Add this to the fact
that it's almost impossible to get her to fix the stuff that's been broken for almost 2 years or
the stuff that was broken when we moved in!

Needless to say, we've put our 30 day notice in, and we're throwing a party!

man that blows, I hope you can get your dog back and find a better place quick. I have two dogs myself and I couldn't imagine someone telling me that after living somewhere for a year I have to get rid of them, f*ck that! I'd be moving out of the slum lord's place too.

We couldn't find anyone to keep him while we relocate, it's going to take about 4
months, we ended up giving him to another family we found on craigslist. They
have 2 kids, so he should be happy.
