Oh Art Im sorry to hear that mate 02.gif 02.gif

Jesus, first my car gets smacked up, then Viper's gets egged and now yours?

I was right, there's a Jerz tib conspiracy.

HOLY HELL !! you know what I just realised?!?!?

When on my way to work on thursday I decided to take R47S instead of R55S.

Got up toward Sewell and 47 was closed.. Looked up past the cop cars.. DEAD TIB !!!

Silver RD1 with a squashed front end.

Jees, this goes on and on.. And I even thought to myself "Man, that could be my tib" and turned down the stereo and drove alot easier.. I even put the trans into woman mode

If you need help repairing Art dont hesistate to call bro, Im around all days weds and sats.. Ill even drive to Absecon to help a fellow tib owner in need.

Ive got all my fingers and toes crossed she's salvagable bud fing02.gif

MM that sucks!! didn't expect anything like this to come from you. listen, at least you are ok. hopefully you can set things straight with insurance co. yeah we had 10 days of non-stop thunderstorming and downpouring.

i almost got into a mess myself. during one of the downpours, three cars behind me was a flying white van just skidding. missed us by a few feet and went over the sidewalk. it could have been a really big mess as the truck was heavy.

i ope you can get it fixed, if not buy another tiburon. be careful!!!

well, I am actually hoping she get's totalled.. because I decided I am buying her back! I was going over the totals from the estimate.. if they only cut me a cheque for 70% of the value if I keep the car (going rate in Jersey) that gives me about $2400. I can get the same shop to replace the radiator support, realign the frame, and put in a new radiator for about $700 (give or take) so that puts me WAY ahead to get a CF hood and Flyride's Type R front bumper. (Chris owes me a type S rear for the King kit I sent him)

I am not worried about the headlight.. it has been broken for months since my brother in law smacked my car.. and the turnsignal was untouched. I will need a new fog.. but they were getting pitted up anyway. I also need new horns as one of my air horns is also missing from the impact.

She still drives straight, no shaking, shuddering, vibrations, or other strange noises.. if not for the radiator problem.. I could still be driving her today instead of borrowing a friend's van for the week.

Hopefully I will find out monday

HAHA I was expecting something depressing but that last sentance totally flipped things around. if that does happen go for it!! Oh there's no better bumper than the F2 bumper. I LOVE mine. It looks soo beastly, looks waaaay better in person on the car and it's direct fitment, not a mold of a mold.

go for it M&M!!!

Just make sure you sell the old one....lol...

I rearend a Windstar with my Escort back in March. The bodyshop replaced the one headlight, but left the other one. So now I have a BRAND new light, and an old yellowed one......not happy......

I feel ill.. no talk yet from the insurance company how much I am going to get if I keep or let them keep the tib.. they are really dragging their feet over this.. been 9 days since the accident and it is still going on and I am getting charged $125 a week in rental fees on a POS Mitsubishi Mirage...

So, I was just out there stripping everything I wanted.. battery, shift knob, handbrake handle, mirror.. all the little things I added that do not mean anything to the value of the car. I feel like I just said goodbye to an old and dear friend that I will never see again.

If I can get at least $2500 and still keep her.. I will. Other wise, it will just be me, the BMW, and the Fiat

My cars totalled, they gave me 2500 and i kept the car, 3500 and they take it.... I put 2000 on the payment and the rest went for band-aids.
