Default Double shifts...

Hey, I don't mind working them but the human body does need rest to be able to perform tasks such as cooking... Good thing my hands healed up nicely so I can type this.

i used to pull doubles like it was nothing. back then i could do pretty much anything on a steady diet of the 3 M's of life....mountain dew, marlboro, and mini-thins,lol.

i know my limits now, both physically and mentally. 12 hours is the most i will work on dayshift.

I used to work 2pm till shutdown. That being 2am to 6am depending on day. My daily goal was to be out in 12 hours. Almost never happened though. Did that for about a year. Kicker was I was salary so I stopped getting paid after 40 hours.
