I had one incident while crossing the border from Syracuse. Canadian customs asked me to pull off to the side and get out of the car. So my fiance and I get out and we sit on the curb as they search through the car. They were all paranoid about the crossovers I had in the door pockets for my component set. They thought it was a bomb or something. lol..They were asking if they were attached to the vehicle and such. drillsergeant.gif
On topic, Canadian customs can be a pain. Although I haven't had too much problems with them when recieving something.

you think that's bad. try $1100 in custom's fees and 6 months waiting. (i was on vacation when they finally called to ship)

then they sent an 18 Wheel Freightliner to ship my bumper from Baltimore. Yep, the bumper was the only item in there, and I paid for the drive!! F***.

You can only imagine what importing items from Korea PITA.

Most of those exhaust get thru ok but sometimes they catch them.

SSA imports Motoria items for us and also warehouses for us ...... hence the SSA shipping addy. A lot of companies are doing this now contracting warehousing and shippind.

Sorry for the customs issue.

I waited 4 months for a damn shift boot.

My uncle takes his RV (Its basically a moving house, MASSIVE) down to Sarasota from Early January to Mid-March. So when he's down there I have things shipped to him because he has an American address in the park he stays at. Then he just brings them back across the border.

Sorry to hear your troubles. I had about $600 worth of Import fees on my Zefiro Kit. (5 peices) That was a pain. I don't think I can use Fed-Ex anymore to get stuff shipped to me, I think I owe them a ton of money. worried.gif

But yeah, it can be a pain in the butt, but it's soooo worth it. Tom is the man too. My Motoria was "refurbished" as well. wink1.gif
