you know someone found what this was allready but i cant for the life of me remember what it was. whatever it is you cant really stop it from going on. it just does it on its own. im sure someone who remebers will come along

maybe it's CV joint? does it happens when you start to drive and in turns?

Nevermind my previous post.. I'll have to get a pic during the day time, but I believe it's a sensot thats below the bosch thing... Like I said, I don't know what it does it, but that's the thing. I'm like 80% sure. Doesn't affect the motor I don't think. Try talking to REDZ or someone about it, they might know more. Call your dealer too.

It's probably your IAC LOL.

It ticks on idle. I've already traced it before with a stethascope.

Idle air control valve. Without it your car runs like ass. Like it dies and stuff.

Its the "purge valve" or whatever in our cars, it might only be an RD2 thing I cant remember. If you look at the sticker under your hood there is a diagram of everything and its on there. Its up right next to the firewall on the drivers side and if you grab it while its ticking you can feel it pulse with the ticks. As far as what its doing or how to stop it, I have no idea. but thats what it is!
