Usually the BEST way to get things happen, is not the first option that comes into our minds; in this case a peaceful approach from a seller would have gotten better results.

Also, it's frustrating to be promissed something and realize that promiss was done with not all the cards on the table (that items were already off the car, etc, etc).

Both sides at fault here. As no major harm has been done, I'd suggest both just move on, and eventually the injures will heal.

I dont think this should be locked yet.

1.) becuase I have a few things to put into this topic, that I don't have the time to do at the moment. (this post will be edited later this evening)

2.) becuase its really up to java or REDZ to lock this.

3.) becuase there are a few POSITIVE things in this topic, everyone is just looking at the negatives.

Oh, I agree. TC isn't a god and definately isn't perfect. THings come up, and issues happen, but that's what you deal with when you buy parts from a person, and not a store/shop.

As a moderator of this thread I do think cyclopse deserves the right to defend himself against the comments made to and about him.

This will remain locked, and I will unlock this when Cyclopse sends me PM. I will unlock it for him only, and I will review his post and edit it accordingly to prevent more eruption from occurring from either party.

Ok.. You are all blaming me for this.. Its my fault, im whining about $8 dollars.. Its not so much the money but ill get to that..

I purchased the rotors immediately after she gave me a paypal address, and sent 128.75.. She told me shed ship in the next day or so and ship 2-3 day priority mail.. Ok cool.. That was on a wednesday.. The next tuesday I get ahold of her and she tells me that she JUST got the rotors from her boyfriend (wow?, she said shed ship out next day or so on wednesday?) and that weather permitting, shed ship out the next day.. Ok, so I believe saturday (9 days later?) comes around.. I try to PM her, but it was full, so I post a msg in her for sale forum.. Well, about 4 hours go by and she hasnt responded (even though she was online) so I send a pm.. She still doesnt respond.. So later, I (heaven forbid) double post to bump my post to the top and get her attention (because editing wont put it to top5 posts).. She then gives me a warning for this!! (even though I explained why I did it).. At the time I bumped my msg, I also sent an email to get ahold of her.. I tell her that I either need a tracking number (keep in mind she has all saturday to ship) by 6 PST saturday (she said she was shipping Priority, USPS open saturday) or I needed a refund (and I told her about the refund method) as I needed to get some rotors on my car (something I also told her at the beginning, mine were bad and my wife drives the tib).. She emails me all nasty like and tells me how impatient I am, I can have my refund.. WOW OK>> JUST SHIP THE ROTORS!! I gave her the option to ship or refund!1 SHE CHOSE TO REFUND!!

So now that all of you have jumped down my throat for being the bad guy in this, maybe you can all apologize.. I might be a prick, but I was VERY decent in this situtation.. I was a GOOD buyer..

And redz, as far as the 2 business days go.. When someone says they will ship, I expect them to ship it.. If I order something, and it clearly states that there will be a shipping delay, I accept that and either buy it or dont.. WHen im TOLD that it will be shipped (not once, but twice) I expect it to be shipped.. Now you can all stop defending her and kissing her ass..

Oh btw, I got negative feedback on the forum here from her and for what? I tried contacting her TONS of times and was always polite.. I paid upfront WITH paypal fee's.. All I asked for was a shipment (didnt even have to get here that fast) or a FULL refund, which I so rightfully deserve..

The fact that I paid immediately doesnt mean I need shipment when she says?

Look how many people call "dibs" on an item.. INCLUDING REDZ, and dont pay? 10 days go by, someone keeps saying dibs, and it gets sold to someone else because they didnt pay.. Why shouldnt the seller have to wait for the buyer to pay all that time and hold to the first dibs? Theres no difference in this.. If I wouldve waited 10 days to purchase (after I said Id pay) the rotors, she wouldve gone w/ the next person because there was MULTIPLE people who wanted them.. If this wouldve been flipped around like this, I wouldve been in the wrong.. So why isnt she in the wrong? Come on now.. Get off her nuts and realize this..
