<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (iamcyclopseatme)</div><div class='quotemain'>A limited time? Ive been around for over a year now ;/ I was on the old site for awhile....</div>

Yeah, that's a limited time.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>You all say shes busy, THEN SHE SHOULDNT BE SELLING THINGS.. When the part is OFF of the car, how hard is it to ship?</div>

Maybe if you were around the forums more, and cared to check up on stuff, you'd know WHY she had the 2 tibs to part. She's also seeing a Physical Therapist like 4 or 5 times a week because of the accident, AND, just incase you are a total retard, the weather has been VERY BAD across the country for the past few MONTHS. I know I haven't been able to do a bunch of the stuff I've wanted to lately because of all the rain and snow here, in NEW MEXICO.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>And redz, that says something about you.. You will screw someone out of spite..</div>

Yup. Sometimes I will. laugh.gif:

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>They got damaged in the mail (there were 2 pieces, 1 cracked) so I refunded the guy half his payment (granted he didnt buy Insurance, but really who cares?)..</div>

That's POOR business sense in your case then, Insurance is there for that reason. He didn't take it, he gambled, not you. Stupid choice.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Its about having respect for yourself and for others.. Obviously, some of you have neither 02.gif</div>

Oh, I've got tons of respect for others, and myself. The fact is though, if someone screws me over, or stiffs me, I'll do the same back, and usually worse. Team SR found that out the hard way. So have others.

Yeah.. You have that attitude redz.. And we wonder why our world is so hateful and so much harmful doing (whether it be violence, theft, destruction)..

I could care less about what she has to goto for her accident.. If now isnt a good time to be selling stuff, and she cant get it out in a timely manner (2 BUSINESS days), then she shouldnt be selling it..

You blame the weather now? My in-laws live in NY.. They have told me about the storm.. Great.. I lived in denver.. When we had our blizzard in March 03, it dumped 4-5 ft of WET snow in the metro area (in a day, plus more snow prior).. The city wasnt inoperable for more than 2 days because of it.. I know how the snow is, its not that detramental..

And poor business? Im not trying to run a business... Im selling something that I dont use/need to someone else who could use it so they can have a good deal on it.. Im not out to try and scam the living hell out of people and screw everyone ;/

Sigh, If I was only in my younger days when I didnt care.. Redz car would mysteriously disappear one night in vegas ;/

I am not coming to her defense either.. she also owes me parts. I waited over six months to get parts from Blacktibs.. This is not eBay with it's thirty day or else policy (unfortunatly) so sometimes you have to wait a bit to get what you paid for. I am sorry that it comes down to that.

I do know where you are coming from with selling on eBay. I used to sell a LOT of fiat parts on there.. and probably will again once spring gets here and I can finish parting out the X 1/9 I have in the backyard under a tarp. I try and get things out in a week at the most, but sometimes life does get in the way. Email her again, send her PMs, hit her up on AIM. She seems like a reasonable person... provided you do not start right off with an attitude... which unfortunatly, a LOT of people do.

What I meant about weather is just the bitter cold we've had across this area. I live quite a ways away from TC so hers could be better or worse, but I know I wouldn't be out in it. Hell my car shows that fact.

As for the parts I think you both showed a lot of attitude. If she said she would send it out in two or three days it should not take more than a week. But hey that's just my 0.02. Hopefully you get this worked out.

ok well she hasn't posted yet so i'll hold off my judgement. But i will say that if you want to include the pay pal fees you need to give the buyer that in a pm/email before they send the money. I have bought plenty of stuff and they have never asked for the pay pal fee. But I recently bought something and was told in advance to spend extra money to cover the fees which i have no problem with. I just think that if you expcet the fee you could be told in advance.

Yeah, I acted like a b**ch.. LOL I paid for an item, requested shipment 6 days AFTER she said she would ship (which was the day after I paid), then inquired another 3 days later wondering why it hadnt been shipped..

GJ You.. Sigh.. Please just delete this post.. Its pointless to post how your dealings with someone went especially when theres a woman involved.. Seems that the childrens raging hormones override their ability to think rationally (yes, im telling you to go wank it some more)..

Please keep posting your excuses for her.. The only excuse I would accept is the one where shes in a coma or 6 ft under.. Otherwise she was obligated to ship as she said she would.. If she wouldve told me she couldnt ship, it would be another story, but to say that you will and dont, thats bs..

yea that sucks, but hey thats life no? i think if she couldnt get them out in 2-3 days she shouldnt of said so. she does seem busy from everyone who has posted so far has purchased something off of her has had to wait quite sometime. i understand you need rotors ASAP, but just because you didnt get things the way you wanted them doesnt mean you should just go buck wild. i just hope everything resolves itself with out and bitterness or resentment.

The only thing Im gonna say is maybe if you didnt have such an attitude from the start I would have given you a refund with the extra paypal fees with a smile on my face. I refunded you the exact amount that I received which was $124.72. Like I said if you didnt have an attitude I would have been more willing to add the paypal fees. I would then have been losing money. And its not even my freaking paypal account. But you sir can take that extra $3 or whatever and shove it. (By the way I must add that there have been plenty of times when I have taken payments from people and they didnt add the paypal fees. Did I cry about it? Nope.) You are the first person on the forums that I have dealt with that I have had a problem with. Everyone else has been awesome, very understanding and patient with me. And ask some people, Ive thrown in extra parts and done what I can to make up for taking a long time in certain cases.

This is a community and I think that I've been around long enough for people to at least trust me a little bit. Im not taking anyone's money and running. I have no reason to. I hate having parts laying around everywhere. But I do also have a life and this isnt my full time job at all. I have parts piled out in my garage which isnt heated. So I have to find time in between work, physical therapy, chiropractor, therapist, boyfriend time, mother time, and sleep to find the parts and pack them, and then ship them while the post office is still open. And yes it has been snowing and cold a lot. Me and my boyfriend do as much as we can in the freezing cold and dark. So you say I shouldnt be selling parts if I cant make time? Well let me tell you, since Thanksgiving my only income was $162 a week from disability. Ive gotta pay $220 a month for a car that DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE and $190 on insurance for my new car, plus credit card bills and payments on a loan that I got to fix the black tib the first time it got hit. So basically selling parts was my only means of income. You'd be desprate too if you were flat out broke and were being threated to be kicked out of your house because you've got a dismantled tiburon sitting your driveway. Ive gone through a lotta shit in the past three months so I dont need this crap.

So before I waste ANOTHER MINUTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME, I'd just like to say that I hope you are happy with yourself and I hope you feel like BIG MAN now that you've posted this shit about me. You will not get the extra few dollars back. Report me to paypal all you want. I have far too many more important things in my life to worry about right now.

To everyone that is reading this wondering about their parts that they are waiting for, well you will be receiving your parts very shortly, now that I have all the boxes I need from work and enough money to ship everything. If anyone has issues either PM me or if thats full, e-mail me BeautifulMidnght@aol.com.
