A friend and i both work at walmart and we thought itd be funny if we staged something like this (cus the old people at the doors dont chase you)
first one of us would set off the alarm and look worried and then just bolt out the door, and then out of knowwhere the other guy would run up and tackle the guy whos running.

They dont give security guards guns, and even if a real cop saw you he wouldnt and couldnt shoot you.
They can only shoot people when they are threatened by equal firepower, like another gun or knife or bat or something..
and if they can theyll try to tazer you or use their baton first, but you shouldnt be wielding a gun while doing this lol.
if you only run and the guards/cops catch you they could only kick you out of the mall for running...
