Its illegal... that wont last long. I worked at a porn shop and if an item is returned wether opened or not it was sent back to the manufactuer and the store recieved a credit... if we got caught selling returned items the store would have been shut down.
You cannot make it clean enough. Even with the cyberskin cleaners and care kits they still have bacteria... Boxes couldnt even be opened in the store to allow customers a peak at what it looks like feels like, etc. You open it you buy it..
