She's a smoking hot chick. But her absolutely dumbass sleeve does nothing to add to it, and somewhat detracts from it for me. Hell, is that a tattoo of her giving the "O" face on her own arm? Either way whoever it is it's dumb as hell. The little hip one isn't bad though.
