will these fit???
ok i have a 1997 tiburon w/ captive rotors.
while i was looking around for rims (i used to want the tenzo shu-4's) i found these..i like them and they are going for real cheap right now
just wondering..will these fit my tib ok..and if not what do i need to make them fit and how much would it cost?
i also know of a machine shop around here..is it possible that if these do fit that they can slighty enlarge the holes to make it fit the captive rotor bolts?
Thanks,
Steve

The 4 captive rotor bolts will never fit inside the 4x100 lug holes. The 4 captive bolts are 4x85 or 4x80 if I remember right.
You would have to have those wheels machined to fit, or buy custom wheel spacers.
I don't reccomend machining wheels. There's just no way to tell if you are weakinging the structure of the wheel. If you go to www.tirerack.com, they will show you the wheels that will fit over those bolts.

the wheel shop should have boxes of spacers in all kinds of thicknesses. when they put the right spacer on your front hub, and put the wheel on, the bolts will probably be too short to thread the lug nuts on. talk to the shop if they can replace the bolts with a longer ones.
if you've got drums at the back, my guess is that you wouldn't want to put spacers on the back, just to match the front, cause it'll make your tires rub on the fender lip.
if you've got discs at the back, i don't think the spacer idea will work at all, cause you'll need spacers at the back, and they'll push your tire into the fender lip.
i think your OEM offset is 45.
good luck.
