Will Ksport (or Other) Pillow Ball Mounts Fit With A Different Brand Coilover?

Hi guys.
Will I be avle to use Ksport (or other availible pillow ball uper mounts )with H&R coilovers (that don't come with these) ?
I think they should, but not sure....
