Wheels for my tib

im basicly going for the same setup tanc has/had i don't know if he has the wheels anymore so i am posting here ( i pmed him )
a wheel with +40 offset 16x7 114.3 x 4
(i am able to get hub centric spacers made and i will be going with 25mm in the front and 30mm in the rear, i also already have longer ARP studs)
i did some browsing and decided i really want to go with a 16 inch wheel, but while browsing i have no idea of what wheels are quality or not.
I don't want to spend over a grand,if that's possible i don't know.
i really like the chrome lip.
So what am i really asking of you the reader, find me/show me a quality rim that resembles the wheel above.
I am also open to suggestions with the same dimensions i have listed.
Btw you get a cookie if you find me something worth while to look at!

find the best deal online and discount tire will match it. i bought my konig feathers for 100 each and they lasted through a hard front end crash that totalled the car. one of the lips is just ever so slightly bent but it still holds air and i've been using it for the past year on my new tib
