Hi

Can somebody tell me whats a good offset to have for 17x9" rims? The car is lowered on Eibach springs, so will I need spacers or can I get an aggressive offset so the rims are pushed out a little and still not have any rubbing when going around sharp turns?



My tires will be 225/40/17 if that helps too

 

I had 17x7.5, on factory suspension, and it rubbed with 215/45/17 if I hit a dip.

 

I ran 17x9 with a 40mm offset on B&G and i never rubbed! Also running a 225/40 tire!!!



Didnt have a very aggresive offset but, on a Tib with a hard offset, your gonna eat the sh*t out of your fend wells!

i temporarily ran a 205/50 on a 17x8 (on my srt4) and that was uber gay.... a 225/40 on a 17x9 will look absolutely horrific..

 

you guys ran those wide rims on stock studs?
