what kind of brake pads does everyone have?
Time to do some preventative maintenance and change my brake pads. What kind does everyone here use? I see ads for EBC alot in my car magazines and was thinking about getting a set. Anyone have any experience with the EBC green or red pads? How do you like them and are they good for a regular daily driver street car? My rims are white so I want something that not only stops the car well but is low on brake dust so I dont have to wash the rims every couple of days.

I'm running KVR currently. They are low on dust, but nothing to write home about.
The EBC green stuff pads aren't bad. Don't seem to dust up much on my friend's Accent. Didn't see much improvement from stock in the braking department though.
My next set of pads are going to be Carbotech Bobcat 1521 pads.

I'm using Hawk pads.

Along with regular ebay cross drilled rotors and SS brake lines.

Axxis and Hawks until recently junkyard pads because I get them for $3/pair. Why should I pay $70, imagine how many $3 pads I use up by the time I hit $70. Probably would take 20 Years.
