Default Vibrating Steering Wheel

Took my car in today for a checkup... The steering wheel is vibrating badly at highway speeds. It's not a good thing. I am thinking that it is my tire balence, because I think it started happening when I swapped my front and rear tires... after that, my new rims and tires came, and I instaled them. I am still having the same problem.

Is there anything else it could be (other than balance) that I should watch out for. I am afraid my dealer might try and charge me up the butt because I have sweet tires and rims and they are jealous. (reads: aftermarket)

The vibration could just be wheel balance, or it could be a host of other problems. Just make sure if you doubt your dealer, take it to a normal tire/alighment shop to get a second opinion. Their labor might also be cheaper than your dealer.
