Ok so i bough my 2001 tiburon used and it was lowered but i have no idea what they did to do it. I am guessing cut the coilovers or got shorter ones but im really not sure anyone have any other ideas on how i can get it back to stock

if you figure out whats on it i would be interested in trading. i have stock springs on mine with only 43k on them. get some pics of the springs if you can.

Ill get some pics up but i can get cheap springs off ebay for 50 bucks but if these are anything at all when i take them off ill prolly just get rid of them cheap. How hard is it to change them?

spring compressor, jack, hand tools. i think thats all as long as your sturts and mounts are still good. let me know if you decide to sell them

I don't think anyone here would try those. They are cheap for a reason. Just find out what you have on there now first. If they are cut your performance was lowered if they are a nice set of springs you will have better performance than stock.

O and changing out the springs isn't that hard at all, just plan for maybe 5 hours of course it can be done much faster or longer (took me about 45 mins a spring).

Eibach springs are like 220 bux or less.
Plus most places will switch out the springs or let you use their spring compressor to switch them out for free. (At least alot of small shops will) Heck some speed shops will install them for a few extra bux, and it would be worth it.

That's what I would do anyways. Go with a good brand spring. You won't be disappointed.

No, don't use the coilovers. They are crap from what I hear. They make alot of noise and don't really act like a shock should.

do you want it stock height? because aftermarket springs will still keep it low
