Default tires and snow

So having never really driven in the snow I want to know more about what types of tires you should be running. This is what I'm running, how do you think I'll do in the middle of winter in minnesota?

Those will be bad in snow, and useless on ice. Switch to all seasons at the very least. Large tread blocks and no siping = sucks in the winter.
