Tire Problem

I notice that the left front tire was wearing on the inside and outside walls
Once i jacked up the car, i moved the tire 12 and 6 and there was slight movement, at 9 and 3 there was more movements, the brake caliper moves aswell, could that be a wheel bearing?

The wear pattern is indicative of a low tire pressure.

^ uh oh lil boom busted out the dictionary!!!! lol. with that movement when ur driving can u hear any noises outa the wheel like metal on metal and does the inside of ur rim, rotor get hot after obnly a few minutes of driveing?

I can hear alot of road noise, as well i did notice the steering wheels is shaking alot more.
I checked the other wheel and it has no movements at all.
