Well I've had the Kumho ECSTA ASX's and am getting another set on tuesday, they performed great even in the heavy snow of the pocono winter last year...they aren't the greatest cornering tires in the world, you will get some tire squeal if you tear around turns like I do, but that's also with stock size, so the 205's should reduce that traction loss.
All of those seem slippery. I had copper TW: 280 when I got the car. They didnt grip that well so I got the azenis 205/50/15. I found the newer ones in 205/40/16 if u dont mind having your speedo off a little. They are treadware 200 and have huge blocks of tread on them. On the street they are really sticky, but havent been to the track with them, because its been to hot for my trans. Anyways I had to stop rally short, Had a light to go straight and the sun was in my eyes. Well basically the azenise saved me there. They were about to bulid a road there and I was in a new section of town to me. I would try to get some sticky tires because tires mean alot all the time.

i put alot of miles on y car and tread life is very important to me but i still like yalls opinions. i like an all around tire but tread is important, i installed theses yokohamas april 2004 and they are 500 tread life
Yokohamas, in my opinion, last a very long time compared to other brands. Some of them are quite sticky, and get good traction as well. Not familiar with that particular model of tire though.
Did you like them? I guess you did since you are reconsidering them again.

After years of trying to find the best compromise between summer and winter tires I realized that it is impossible. I was never happy.
So buy a set of winter tires for the winter months and summer tires for the warm times. That way you can get all the grip you want.
Nothing beats Azenis sport or Kumho MX for the summer. Blizzaks for the winter on steel wheels.
