Well most people go for 17s but, you may want to measure you wheel wells and see how expensive and how hard it is to find 225/35/18 tires, you dont want to be left with a weird tire size thats hard to find and expensive. Id say stick to 17s thats what everyone ive herd of does for the tibs.

I just check tirerack and 225/35/18s are pretty expensive 200 something each. Its you choice though.

itll fit. fing02.gif

wont look good, but itll fit.. i've seen 20" rims on a tib. it can be done, but looks like a turd IMO.

tire price shouldn't be an issue, since itll only be a bit of a difference, and you only will need to replace tires every few years.

i would go with 16s or 17s.. 17s look best on a tib IMO.

wow 20's would be insane(in a bad way). i'm glad they will work.

And yeah you're right. these cars aren't meant for the large flashy wheels. i was going to do 17's but the 18's were 50 dollars more smile.gif

thanks for the help.

Go with the 17's, as Socks said 17's are the best for our cars. You do not want to heavy wheels (performance wise) and I should think that 18" rims and tires should be pretty heavy. Even with 1's on my car I had some rubbing issues (215/40/17). Mind you my car was pretty low.

What's your stock tire size???
With those tires/rims you're going to have major speedo diffs!!!! Best thing is to have a diameter diff from stock of less than 2%, so do the math!!

My stock tires are 205/50/15" and when I get some 17" I'll go with either 205/40 or 215/35 (probably these)
