Swaybar Link Thingy??
Can anyone tell me how to get that piece off? It's the piece that connects the swaybar to the strut in the rear. I've tried the impact gun, but nothing. It doesn't seem there is a spot to get a wrench on the back. Can I just cut this off and buy new ones? Is this safe to do, ie: is there a lot of pressure on that link?

There is no pressue on the link as long as you have the rear of the car jacked up. As for cutting it off I wrench will fit on the rear of it. You just have to push that little boot back a little unless you are using a thin wrench. I believe it is 14mm. Whatever the outside bolt is the inside one is the same.

I tried soaking mine in breakfree, heating it, and that just barely got them off without stripping everything to hell. If I ever did it again, I'd just buy those pieces and fasteners and replace.... save me some blood, sweat and tears.
You're going to hate me for this but it'll be useful for future diy'ers.
Assuming you're talking about the tie rod.
The reason it's not coming off is cause it's a ball joint so it's spining. You have to apply pressure on that joint to keep it from spining. I used a c-clamp and two pieces of metal.

^^^I tried using vice grips to clamp onto the joint but it just kept spinning no matter how tight I put them. Finally got frustrated and hacked it off.
Oh by the way if anyone in the future needs a new stabilizer link, when you buy them from the dealer they don't come with new bolts
