Default suspension warrenty

im not sure if this has been posted about yet. i want to lower my car. does anyone know what kind of warrentys this might void. one of my friends out here with a tib said the dealer said it would void transmission warrenty. does anyone have any input on this subject???

As far as I know, if you lower your car, it'll void strut warrenty, depending on how mutch of a dick your dealer is. I know that mine was a bastard and tried to void my whole car's warrenty for a CAI and lowering springs ;( so just go to a different dealer wink.gif

As far as I know, it shouldn't affect your transmission warranty.

Read it, memorize it. You'll more than likly need it against your dealer...

If your trany messes up do to lowering it
will be voided. So if you lower the car and the trany hits the ground and gets banged up then yes. If not than no.
