although i can't give the best advice since i've never had one, i honestly don't see how it can help. if you have the front and rear strut bar, then you are golden...

the center bar, i just don't know. i don't understand the purpose, but that may be just me

For drop springs, anything but Sprint.

They suck azz

you have to cut the fronts to make them fit and the rears don't fit well

H&R are good springs, you will get a nice lowering and a tight feeling, but only for the first 2-3 days. I think you should also go with some good struts.

Best springs I've been on so far are the Eibachs. My RD1 I just picked up has the eibach's and KYB GR2's on it and it handles sooooo nicely.

The center bar works well, actually makes a decent difference. Get the one off of ebay though, it's much more stable and in a better spot.

Ok brothers, I'm going to leave this on here. We've got a search engine here, you can find many many threads about this topic which has been discussed. But for now welcome to the boards, and please use the search!

Apparently that seems to be the way to go, ebay KYB GR2 with Eibachs. If i lowered my car 1 inch my bumper would be destroyed. I hate where I live sooooooo much!
