I just got in my front, center, and rear bars from KSPEC.COM. I have heard different stories. Do I preload the bar ie have someone sit on my front bumper? Or, do I no load them ie lift it a little?

I didn't load any of them and mine work FINE.
Just leave the rear covers off for about 2 days for some hard driving and then check the torque on the nuts.

No, I preloaded my last one. Then after I installed it someone mentioned no load. I want to find out what the best setup would be for my fine tuned sports machine. wink1.gif
