Option A: CUT THE RIM OFF --> CUT THE WHEEL STUD OFF ---> REPLACE WHEEL STUD ----> REPLACE RIM. **sarcasm...but theres a thread where a guy actually did this on a 400$rim....:\**

Option B:

Option C:

edit...

here are how my rims lugs on rims...

so i dont know how i will be able to cut it off without still not get to the actual wheel stud

now is my question is i already have driver side axle out, is it possibe that once i have all the bolts for transmission out i could be able to pop out passenger side?

Maybe see if you can get to the back of the wheel stud and cut the back of it off. Then take a hefty nail set and hammer(probably a 5lb sledge) and pound it out from the back to the front.

u could put a left hand thread on the inside of the lugnut...
or u could find the diameter of the stud center it on the back and just dill the 1/8" or so of the backing peice.
example -> lugnut - wheel-===| <drill there

i think its 4 bolts on the back of the hub+ the castle nut (idk about wheel bearings)

those grabbit's or easy out's might work, but its pretty high torque on those

i decided im having shop come get it and they will get it out...a lil more money to this swap, but a lil less hassle on my part...

already popped axle back in tranny and put hub back to strut mount and wheels back on...so cross my fingers

ordered some McGard lug nuts...this is 4th time i had lug nut strip on me

EDIT...

back from shop and they just charged me for towing...so i can get reimbursed from insurance company cuz i got roadside assistance

they got it out with air hammer inwhich moved it a lil and then was able to get out with allen head socket...

think my next investment for garage is air compressor and impact gun/wrench

Never once had a stripped stud. I did get one lugnut stuck (galled) in place but a bit of penetrating oil and several hundred foot-lbs on a cheater bar did the trick. Thank God.

Tire shops are NOTORIOUS for over torquing lug nuts. I really piss them off, but I MAKE them hand tighten and use a torque wrench. I refuse to let them use an impact gun on my car or truck. Be very stern and hold your ground. These are the folks that couldnt hack it at the quick lube shops.

NEVER let anyone start a lugnut with an impact gun! My dad had a tire shop cross-thread a stud that way. Ugh.
