Hi there, here another question, who has install a steel brake line in own car?

I recently remember that a few time ago someone, somewhere was selling steel brake lines, so now that I want something to buy for my car, and someone says that the performance is not only in HPs. so thanks Patreezy and Alex01tib ( THANKS ANYONE FOR THE IDEAS ) now i want to install this steel lines to my car, but I dont know if is woth it buy this lines to my rear brakes?. What do you think?

any advice or experiences that you have with this?


In the last thread almost said that the only choice for me was the pulley, and Now iĀ“m trying to buy somewhere else, i hope to get it.

What do you think about this?

If you mean the braided stainless lines. I have mine installed from the Group Buy we had several months ago. Out of all of them sold, we have had a few failures due to the crimped on ends failing. So far so good for me though. Just have to keep an eye on them unfortunatly.

They do however make a BIG difference in pedal feel. No longer is it slightly mushy, just a nice direct connection between my foot and the brakes

Moving this to Braking and suspension.

in the past Key motorsport had some very good brakelines
i'll check wich ones they used

yeah, thatĀ“s the ones....... so its a great mod, right?, but what do you think, would be woth it to replace the rear ones? or just the front ones?

well.. as brake lines do not age well.. they tend to break down inside and impede flow and they swell with line pressure. It is probably easier to replace all four at once.. Then you only need to bleed the system at one time.

They sold the Goodridge lines, VERY good quality, but very hard to find.
