Default Staggered fitment on FWD cars

for daily driven cars with FWD, what are the true pros and cons with a staggered wheel and tire set up? i notice some people do it mainly for looks, but are you asking for trouble, or is there some kind of advantage?

If you are lifting a back wheel but are still understeering, a everse staggered tire setup might be the way to go. Seems a bit stoopid for a daily driven car though, if you combine that with directional tires you can kiss tire rotations goodbye.

What about staggering rear wheels so the Tib's fat ass doesn't hang out wider than the tires??

sure while we are at it we can also stretch a 205 across a 10 wide wheel so the fat ass doesnt have a gap

and put -3 degrees of camber so the wheel wont tuck under the body
