Default Squeek from front wheel

Hey for the last two days, I've had squeeking coming from what seems to be my driverside wheel. When I am rolling at about 2mph I hear it the loudest. It timing of the squeek would as if you would have a rock in your tire. Any ideas?

Found the problem, turns out I need new brakes and it was the metal prong hitting.

Well scratch that, I thought that was the problem but it was not. I went and changed all my brakes and I still have this irritating noise.

It seems to happen the most when it is freezing cold out or rainny.

Here is a video I took so you can hear it.
