Whenever I turn left usually at slow speeds (I don't know if it makes the noise at high speeds), there is a loud squeaking noise coming from the front of the car (maybe front left). Anybody know what the problem is or had this happen before?

That's not very descriptive. Is it repetitive? If it is, then it's part of a rotating assembly like the brakes, or the wheel bearings, or maybe some rubbing.
If it's not repetitive, then it could be shocks, or frame.
Visually inspect the problem area and check for rocks or twigs. Then use some WD40 all over.. DO NOT USE IT ON THE BRAKES. Get some WD40 on the top of the strut and the bottom. You can use brake cleaner on the brakes.
Get someone to walk/run along side of the car to identify the problem area.

Well I'm getting new struts and springs so if that doesn't eliminate it I guess I'll figure it out when I'm putting those in.
