I'm posting this up because I'm happy. If you want the best suspension shop anywhere, shox.com is the way to go. They fully support our cars and if they don't have an item listed you can find out when the next shipment/special order will arrive. They know their stuff and are more than willing to help you out, even call you back on their own expense or to check something for you. They even call you in advance to tell you something is going to arrive.

The customer service is excellent, prices are good, and I've ordered swaybars from them that arrived straight from the assembly. The clerk said they produce things on demand straight out of Germany instead of storing them here.

The clerk had no problem identifying my car and had my information already in front just by my name. They convinced Eibach to sell me single springs instead of a set of four which is fantastic and they're going to be drop shipped ASAP. After both experiences, and hearing nothing but good things from this and other forums, it's the number one place I'd order from. Also the packaging was without a scratch.

That's the kind of service and kindness I'd like to see more often on the internet and in real life. cool.gif
