Saw stretched tires explode on the road today
Had a civic roll up on the side of me today on a road near my house. Theres a couple of train tracks you have to go over in the direction we were headed. 2 lanes both ways, me in the left, him in the right. He pulls forward to where I can see his entire drivers side. His car was slammed, had real bad camber, tires were stretched over either 15 or 16 inch rims.
We hit the first set of train tracks and all is fine.
Hes still ahead of me and he hits the 2nd set of tracks. The second he goes over them, I see the front and rear driver side tire side walls literally explode. He comes to a stop almost immediately. Not sure if the passenger side blew out too, but I just shook my head as I drove by. Stupid stretched tires and people who think its cool.
