I am getting ready to put a set of S/S brake lines on my car and wondered if I could remove/install/bleed in the order of the bleeding process? Or am I going to have to remove all lines, then install, then go back and bleed seperately? Prolly a stupid question, but this will be first attempt at this install. blink.gif

 

Swap.em all out
Then bleed

 

Don't buy cheap quality lines, there's some bad ones out there that have been known to bust on folks.

 

get ones that have a gel coat on the braids. that way you can avoid punctures like the ones that came on the Elantra and busted. luckily it was in Florida with nobody on the road.

pretty certain you bleed them all out.

 

Think about it. Installing one as brake line, bleeding it then removing another introduces air into the system. It wouldn't even save time doing it the way you are thinking.

Bleed after installing all four. You can remove and install them one by one if you prefer..

Also, don't reuse the brass crush washers..
