Run Into Some Problems Today, Need Help!
I can't get the rear ones off with no screws in them. I want a specialist to do this because brakes are damn important! I don't want to mess anything up, and so far it's not working out as easy as I thought it would, so I'm just gonna get it done professionaly.

Your specialist will probably just take a sledgehammer to them. That's what my local shop said they would do, along with heating them, or cut with a torch if that failed. They said a puller can cause damage to the bearings. I don't know how accurate that is.
I went through this a few weeks back. Buy several cans of PB Blaster, and really saturate the back inside of the rotor where it meets the hub, turning the rotor so everything gets soaked. Do that several times throughout the day before removing. That made a huge difference for me, since I didn't do it with the front rotors and spent hours hammering. I also bought a short-handled 3lb hammer, which helped a lot. The second set of rotors came off in minutes.
Also, don't hammer on one side only. Hit a few times, turn the rotor 180 degrees, and hit on that side a few times, repeating.

You got lots of advice on the rotors, so I won't touch that.
But ARC bar is WIDER?
That's VERY Odd.
Just outta curiousity, did you line it up with the OEM one. I did with my Eibach ones.
Same length, just beefier and heavier.

I had that same sway bar problem when I installed a 03 tib bar on my 2000 elantra. The body of the 03 tib is wider.....
Just wondering if the bar was specific to your year. Is it is rubbing on both sides?
If not try centering it. Are your end links looking like this now

After I put the bar on my endlinks had to bend back to connect to the strut because the bar was too wide. Also make sure it is on the same way as stock. They are made to be mounted a specific way.
I would ask Mr. Ark if these were designed for your year.

I actually put them together, but not close enough to see if they lined up perfectly...
Cbehage, I didn't pay attention to the endlinks, so I can't really tell you how they were before. It's very weird because I got a swaybar from GT GK on my 2001 Elantra and it fit perfectly. Maybe previous years car are not designed exactly the same.
The bar wasn't specified for my year. They were only made for GK and I thought that they were exactly the same, and I guess I was wrong. I might just sell it to some GK owner and get Eibach for my specific application.
The noise from the back could be the bushings that go on the bar. Did you make sure to use the grease they included (if they included it) or some White Lithagrease? I had this problem with the noise when I but the Eibach bar on the rear. Took the bushings off and relubbed them (used a bit more than I needed just to make sure I didnt have to do it again) and havent had the noise since. As for the hitting I am not sure. The Eibach ones fit perfect. Exact same lenght and such as stock but a heck of a lot beefier.
I greases them. The bar just pushes against the struts, so that's where the noise is coming from. It's not knocking, it's just the noise that you get from 2 pieces of metal rubbing on each other.
I'm gonna take it off and take to some show and get them bend it couple mm so it's gonna be more straight smile.gif
