So that we can all properly understand your rant/question...
I swear all we have are piece of shit hondas around here in Iowa. I'm having no luck finding any used 4x114.3 rims for my tib. What other cars have the 4x114.3 bolt patterns? So far I found that the Nissan 240 SX has the same bolt pattern and I think the Honda Prelude. I have about 500 bucks to spend on rims and tires, so they basically have to be used.
Just a helpful hint when posting:
You are judged by your ability to use the english language around here. Take your time in sentence composition or no one will take the time needed to answer your questions which has been already answered many times in this section.

you are correct that the 240 and the prelude share the same bolt pattern as we do. Keeping your budget at $500 for rims and tires you are not going to be able to find much, if any at all.
Konig sells many rims in the 4x114.3 bolt pattern. I purchased 17x7" Konig Twilites last month through JLB Motorposrts, a sponsor here on RDT, and was very happy with the transaction. total price including shipping was $569 shipped!

If I remember right, I found out by searching for rims listed for my tiburon on Ebay, then looking at the descriptions and seeing what other models they were listed for.

You could also go to some of these websites also, and it will show up what fits your car, might be able to find something just over your price range in a package if your lucky:
buywheelstoday.com
tirediscounters.com
discounttiredirect.com
tirerack.com
As usual, don't go 100% by what their websites tell you, VERIFY first, to make sure fitment is good, before you buy.
Good luck in your endeavors!
