Replacement Center Caps

I've talked to the store where I bought my rims. They tell me my rims aren't made anymore and they did try to contact other vendors for replacements. Those venders weren't helpful.
What I need is a new centercap.

Does ANYONE have any idea where to find a new one. What measurements might I need?
These rims are 17" Opak Type R. My centercaps say Nippon Racing.
New rims are not an option, don't even say it!
