Default Rebuilding seized calipers

I have a set of seized calipers that are sitting in a box. Ive had them for a while and they fit the front of my accent. Not sure why I never threw them out. I ended up buying new calipers when I found out the original ones were seized up. Is there a kit or something I can buy to rebuild them, so that they are like new again? Or is it just better to toss them in the trash?

It depends on how/why they are seized.

If you can get the piston out, then go out and buy the rebuild kit that has all the new rubber seals and stuff and put it back together. Rebuild kits are cheap. I couldn't get the piston out on one of my calipers and I had to remove the brake line so I could slide a screwdriver into the hole and beat on it with a mallet until it finally popped out. My brakes work great now.
