Hello everyone,

Long time, no post hehe, busy as hell with work.

Anyway, I have drilled slotted rotors all around from rotorworks@ebay right now, but with the arrival of my BBK from seoulful racing (hopefully soon), and my new gram lights (hopefully they show soon too, lol - been waiting 4.5 months). I would like to replace the rear rotors with a drilled pattern that is similar to the front 12's from seoulful.

I found these on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-98-99-HY...sspagenameZWD1V

but cant find out whether the pattern is the one on the page that says (picture for display only), which is the style I want, or the wavy style that is more common (like the style that is mixed with the drilled/slotted combo). I would like a random drill pattern somewhat like the seoufuls to make it look good. Any help here would be great guys..

Also, does anyone know the caliper used for the seoulful 12" BBK? I think it is the xg350? I would like to break them in with hawk hp + pads along with the new rear rotors.

Thanks so much for any help everyone.

Cool!

Thanks for the confirmation redshark. hail.gif I would guess the year would be 02-05?

Any assistance with the rear drilled rotor situation?

I would go for KVR's, but $220 before shipping from fasthyundai seems insane to me.

Just ordered HPS pads for an 02-03 XG 350 and for the rear of my tiburon.

I also ordered the ebay rear drilled rotors so I can break in all new rotors with the HPS's. This thing is going to STOP like crazy! At least I hope, lol.

way too many holes,
those rotors will crack if they get abused...

considering how little use the rear brakes get on a front wheel drive car.. I would not worry about abusing and cracking them

Well, mad john has the same bbk as the front I will be getting, and he says he makes 280 km/h stops and beats the hell out of them with no cracks. We shall see what happens. I figured since there is so much additional surface area and therefore cooling surface, that they won't get as hot as the little guys, and thus won't crack and will be extremely resistant to fade.

As for the ebay rears, I am not worried about them cracking as the ones I put on the car the same time as my fronts are barely worn, yes I bled them correctly and they work properly, they just don't get nearly as much abuse as the fronts so, minimal wear issues.

I will have to go to Pep Blows for the pads since they are not in stock at the online store I initially purchased them from.
