To be honest, I just did the captive swap and will have a full writeup for it as soon as my house is back together and I have internet service.
The hub assembly isn't that hard to do, just takes some time man.
You CAN, if you have the parts, tools, and 1 helper, do one whole section of the car in one day. I mean the Front one day, the rear the next. You can probably do the captive and rear swap in 12 to 14 hours. After the first one is done, it's no problem.
