I'm doing the same setup soon, and I went and looked for you.

Seems EBC makes the "Stuff" pads for the XG350.

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/search/?...7&Ntt=xg350

They have the Redstuff/Greenstuff/and Yellowstuff pads.

All VERY good pads.

I ran Greenstuff and Hawk HPS pads on my tib and HPS on my bimmer.. if you can get them for the XG calipers, I would really consider it. A little more dusty than the greenstuff, but I think they work a LOT better

I currently have those all around, GREAT pads, nearly no squeak (very rarely). Wear rates are amazing! I have had them on the car for about 6-8 months and 5-10k miles and they are still 1/4" thick!!

Fade resistance is excellent, and dusting isn't too bad either.

You can get the same pad composition for the rear brakes as well so they all match, although I am considering getting some more aggressive race pads for the rear because of the 12" rotors up front wanting to lock up so much sooner:

Of course I could also install a variable brake bias valve to adjust the pressure going to the front/rear, but that is much more work and a bit more expensive so..

As for the front of an xg350, the most aggressive pad is the HPS from hawk, the tiburons stock front caliper brake pad options are the same as the rear pad options for the tib.

I personally prefer hawk, but have never used ebc so I can't tell you which one is better. I do believe however that hawk is more proven on the race track IMO.

BTW: If you have the twin piston caliper the pads for the 03 xg 350 will work just fine.
