Default Questions about Energy Suspension coil spring Isolators

I have a couple of questions about these, you can find them here.

http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...=16.6104_Front

What do they do?, and what exactly are they? Are they worth replacing?

I was looking at the full ES bushing kit, but there are some bushings that i dont want, or for example these, i have no clue if i need them or not.

Thanks guys.

IIRC the end of the coil springs sit in them, and they sit on the plate mounted onto the shock body. They cut down on road noise and allow for small movements of the spring, improving handling by a negligible amount when commuting.
