$200 is WAY too much for 10mm spacers.
The 10mm spacers I have on the back wheels are just basic spacers like these:
My husband was using them on his Pony, but gave them to me when he put bigger wheels on. The only issue I had with them is they weren't hubcentric, so I got some hubcentric rings off ebay and ground them down to fit.
But anyway, the ones on ebay are super cheap. There's no need to buy the expensive spacers, you don't really need to go crazy if you are only putting 10mm. You could even stack 2 5mm spacers.

Well, the point I am making is that you don't need elongated studs at 10mm. I have 10mm spacers on the back without the studs. The wheel fits over them fine and there is still plenty of threading left for the lugnuts to seat tightly. So, someone could go buy 2 10mm spacers for around $20, then a set of hubcentric rings for around $10, instead of spending $200ish for spacer overkill.

Maybe I missed the part that says how wide your new rims are... but assuming they're 7" wide, like mine, a 15mm spacer would probably give you the desired effect. Mine are 8mm spacers, 7" rims with a +40 offset, 30-35mm drop & the rims & tyres are still a good 10+mm away from being flush with the bodywork.
