Q's on rims

What exactly does a silver rim look like vs. chrome.
Any opinions on Axis Ne-o or Katana K-6 rims.
Where is the best place to order from? Heard some bad things about tirerack.com.

2000

I think I am going to go with KMC Suicide 17x7. Is it possible to go 18 and still have the speedo correct. How much difference in tire price?

I would stay with the 17's with the 18's you would feel every little bump in the road.... smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif

Hey Canadian, I'd personally go with the Enkei Arashi wheels. Those wheels are just plain phat!

Nice choice!! First time I saw the Arashis in Super Street, I wanted those stylish rims on my own car (cash flow prevents this tho). When you get the Arashi's be sure to post a pic of your car with them on, I'd love to see how they look on a Tib!

As for acquiring the rims at a low price:

Step 1. Find a car that sports new Arashis, preferably on an car unworthy of those rims (weakass, played out cars- a Civic or a Neon would work perfectly)
Step 2. Hire an unscrupulous, shady character to "borrow" the rims from the car located during step 1. These types of people should be easy to find, but if you are having trouble finding one in your neighborhood, I'd suggest trying your local bus station or trailer park.

You can save even more money by becoming an unscrupulous shady bastard (wouldnt take too much work *grin*), and do the "borrowing" yerself!
